A rocket fired from the Gaza Strip
has hit a factory in southern Israel sending flames and smoke billowing into the air.

Authorities in Sderot say no one was seriously hurt, although medics treated three people for superficial injuries.

There has been an increase in the number of rockets fired from Gaza into southern Israel this month.

It comes as Israeli forces scour Gaza on the hunt for the three Israeli teenagers allegedly kidnapped by Hamas.

Israel responded with tank fire in the Gaza Strip and overnight launched a series of air strikes against targets the IDF describe as “terror activity sites.”
