How to Make a Honey Hum Collins
The Tom Collins is a classic cocktail. The Honey Hum Collins, created by Kathy Casey, is a wonderful twist using local honey, bourbon and HUM liqueur.

Recipe:
1 1/2 oz Maker's 46
1/4 oz Hum Botanical Spirit
3/4 oz Liquid Kitchen Honey Syrup
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz soda
Instructions:
Shake with ice.
Strain into an ice filled collins glass.
Top with soda.
Garnish with hibiscus flower, lemon wedge and honey comb if available.
