How to Drink in the Garden of Earthly Delights!

Nikki and one of her bartenders invented this drink according to what they found pleasing... and we hope that you'll find it pleasing too. So pleasing (and delightful) that you'll want to strum a harp. Or whatever else may be handy. Sage liquor or Gin, mint, and celery juice give this cocktail some serious earthy notes, but the taste will transport you to heaven. Or something. It's tasty, okay?
If you want to experience the Garden of Earthly Delights at home:
Fresh Mint Leaves
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Art in the Age of Sage or Gin
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1/2 Oz celery Juice
3 Sprays of Fennel Tincture
Celery Spear
