A very 'filmi' love story, the film that stars Karan Johar's famous students from 'Student of The Year' Alia Bhatt as Kavya Pratap Singh and Varun Dhawan as Humpty Sharma in the lead roles. However, sharing the limelight with them and making his debut in Bollywood is TV hottie Siddharth Shukla and Jannat actress Sonal Chauhan.

Going by the promo, it certainly impresses movie lovers, who want to see all hit romantic dramas in one madcap film. Yes, that also includes Karan Johar's Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Aditya Chopra's Dilwale Dulhinya Le Jayenge. As for Varun and Alia, there's sparking chemistry between the two, where a sneak peek of a hot kiss in an intimate scene is also be seen in the trailer.
Directed by debutant Shashank Khaitan, 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania' seems like a fun love story about a Kareena Kapoor crazy Kavvya and a happy-go-lucky Humpty.
