News anchor, Gregg Jarrett was recently arrested in a bar called Northern Lights Grill at Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport.
Jarrett works as a weekend co-anchor on FOX News Channel's ‘America's News HQ’. On a recent Wednesday afternoon, police were dispatched to the airport after a report came in regarding a drunken man.
Upon arrival, officers claimed to have found Jarrett intoxicated. Officers also said he refused to obey orders.
59-year-old Jarrett was soon arrested and charged with ‘obstruction of the legal process’. He was released from jail several hours later, at about 1:30 in the morning, after a $300 bond was posted.
He’s scheduled to appear in court for the charge on June 6th.
Jarrett has been employed by the Fox News network since 2002. He covered major stories including the murder trial of George Zimmerman and the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
