How to Hide Google Plus Profile from search Results ?

Go to your Google Profile and at the top left hover over your mouse on profile link and in sub menu options ,click on settings at the bottom and on the settings page scroll down until you find Profile option and under that uncheck the option "help others discover my profile in search results" and you are done .
