Richard Gere, 64, is a somewhat famous Hollywood star, but one French tourist failed to recognize the actor, mistaking him for a hobo and offering him her leftover pizza. The incident occurred as Gere was filming his new movie 'Time Out of Mind' in New York.
The visitor, Karine Gombeau, 42, did not know what she'd done until she saw herself in a newspaper. She said she had no idea the "bum" was actually Richard Gere.
