Lifetime 60012 Extra Large Deck Box Review - assembly explanation/size comparison to Rubbermaid

This is definitely an upgrade to the Rubbermaid model, although don't discount the Rubbermaid model because it has served me well for 10 years. I would suggest having 2 people put this together, although it isn't necessary. The reason I say that is that when I put the 4 side panels on, I feel I could have done a little better job by lining the sides up. The sides are locked in there, and I couldn't remove them. I wished I would have waited for another set of hands. The only downfall with this box I can see is if somebody doesn't snap the lid closed. There isn't any way moisture can get in this model if it's closed properly. The inside of the Rubbermaid stayed dry as well during those 10 years. Just make sure you have enough room. I premeasured to make sure I had the 5 feet necessary.
