Unlicensed doctor caught recycling donated blood into fake virgin's cherries for prostitutes

Last October, Taiwan's Apple Daily exposed an unregistered clinic selling real blood to fake virgins in Taipei.
Hsu Lung-tsai (許龍財), an uncertified medical technologist suggested the undercover reporter, who was posing as a sex worker, freeze a cotton ball soaked in human blood then stuff it into her vagina. The thawed blood would then be released during sex, allowing a sex worker to claim the John had taken her virginity and demand a higher fee. The clinic even provided assistance if a customer failed to get the used cotton ball out of her vagina.
Even though Hsu claimed in court that he was a qualified medical technologist and that it was not illegal to withdraw blood from willing donors, he has now been charged with taking blood from his customers without any inspection certificates in violation of the Doctor Act and the Medical Technologists Act.
