Prince Harry turned out in London for the 10th anniversary of the charity Sentebale, which provides healthcare and education in Lesotho to disadvantaged children.

Harry was accompanied for the night by British singer Joss Stone. He set up the charity alongside Prince Seeiso of Lesotho after he visited the country during his gap year in 2004.

SOUNDBITE, Prince Harry, saying (English)

"We have started work on building Mamohato children's centre, which will allow us to help four times as many children affected by HIV-AIDS by providing them with a safe place to receive clinical and psychological care. This year we helped 360 children. That number will become 1,500 each year when this centre is built."

According to the Joint United Nations Programme, Lesotho has the third highest prevalence of HIV-AIDS in the world and its government has declared the situation a national disaster.
