U.S. drug 'mule' gets 3-year prison sentence on his 90th birthday

(SOUNDBITE) (English) UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER SAYING:
"Sir, what are your thoughts regarding the sentence today?
SHARP: "Thoughts?"
UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: "Yeah. What did you think about the sentence?"
SHARP: "Heartbroken!"
On the day he turned 90 he was sentenced to three years in US federal prison.

"No, execept that it's a death sentence."
Leo Sharp's admitted serving as a cocaine courier for a Mexican drug cartel.

"I'll (expletive) kill myself!"
The Indiana man was pulled over by police for erratic driving...they found 104 bricks of cocaine in his truck.
