CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Drugged-up carjacker takes high-speed ride on side of New York cab

Twenty six-year old New Yorker Matthew McCorkle was caught on camera taking a high-speed ride on the side of a New York cab following a multiple attempted carjacking early Monday."
McCorkle, who police say was under the influence of illegal substances, attempted to open the doors of several cars before hopping onto the running board of a nearby taxi.
The taxi then took off, carrying McCorkle on a high-speed, 5-minute long daredevil ride along the Bruckner Expressway during which time he pulled a number of daring moves.
He eventually alighted when the cab hit some traffic, whereupon he proceeded to pull a 61-year old man from his Toyota and drive off.
McCorkle was arrested later on after crashing the car along East Gun Hill Road.
He was charged with a number offenses including robbery and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. Amazingly, no one was injured.
