Winner of Best Visual Arts in the Wellington Fringe Festival 2007, Sounds Like Light, Lights & Sound is a reactive interactive immersive installation by Damian Frey from New Zealand, http://www.frey.co.nz.
Utilising cutting edge computer vision technology and hand-built LED lighting, visitors to the installation are transported to a world where their movements create subtle shifting patterns of sound and light.
It responds to your movements, and it is subtle and intuitive enough in its responses that it enables a room to be played like a musical instrument.
