Chaotic scenes have erupted in eastern Ukraine. Dozens of people were injured in a violent confrontation between supporters and opponents of Russia in the eastern city of Donetsk.
Ukrainian riot police were deployed to the scene to end the clashes. Earlier in the day, angry activists stormed the office of a Kiev-backed bank. The storming happened a day after Pro-Russian demonstrators seized a regional TV station in the flashpoint city, accusing the station of broadcasting distorted news. Pro-Moscow protesters have already seized control of the regional governor's office and the city hall of Donetsk.
