Militants Occupy Government Building in Kostiantynivka in Eastern Ukraine

Armed militants occupied the city council building in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kostiantynivka on April 28, according to local reports. Barricades were erected outside the building following its seizure. Reports also indicated that the police department was occupied, but the Ukrainian government denied these reports, saying the police department was “operating as normal”.
