In Egypt, at least two people have been killed and dozens injured as protesters hold anti-government rallies in several cities.
A woman was killed in the city of Fayoum south of the capital Cairo. She was shot by a bird shot pellet in the stomach during clashes with security forces. The other victim was a man who died after inhaling tear gas in Cairo. The clashes erupted following Friday prayers. Police fired tear gas and bird shot to disperse the protesters. People were chanting slogans against the military-backed interim government. Earlier, anti-coup alliance called for a new revolutionary wave.
