Fifty-six year old Ian Wilson was going through some things...
He was living in Holland, but decided to return to the UK, after a messy split with his Dutch wife.

Then a few relatives and friends passed away successively leading him into a spiral of depression.

However last October he decided to relieve his stress along with the contents of his bladder on the general public in Blackburn, Lancashire in the UK--using a water gun.
