We show you how to cook wine apples
The ingredients are: two apples, 250 milliliters of red wine, two spoons of sugar, two pieces of
butter, and a spoon of cinnamon.
Wash the apples and remove the centre of each apple. Take the apples into a backing form. Pour
a spoon of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon into the centre of each apple. Add a bit of butter on top
of the sugar inside the apple. Then pour the wine around the apples. Leave the apples for 30
minutes in the oven. When the apples are cooked the sugar is caramelized and will turn into
some kind of jelly with the apple juice. The color will become very appetizing.
