In one of the most extreme medical cases, a ten-month-old Canadian baby boy has baffled doctors-- because he isn't able to open his mouth fully.

Wyatt Scott from Ottawa looks like any typical baby, but with one difference. He's suffering from a rare disorder called 'congenital trismus', which locks the jaw, preventing eating, drinking and speech. Scott's extreme lockjaw has baffled doctors across the world, who have so far been unable to find a solution to treat the baby. So the little boy's family has set up a website in the hope of finding a diagnosis. But for now, Scott has to be fed with a tube and have Botox injections to try to relax his jaw.
