The "Dreams of Power" float in the new Disney's Once Upon a Dream Parade (for the 15th Anniversary of Disneyland Resort Paris) is unable to restart after its show stop - during the first official public performance of the parade on 1st April 2007! After around 15 minutes of guests waiting in the sun, this is the scene...!
