The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, OSCE, has called on Ukraine to disarm militant groups in the country.
The OSCE says the move is part of an agreement reached between Moscow and Kiev on Thursday. A team from the organization arrived in Kiev on Friday to help reduce tensions between Ukraine and Russia. Members of an OSCE special monitoring mission will help oversee the implementation of Thursday's deal. The OSCE representatives have no enforcement power and are limited to advisory and monitoring roles.
