Javed Bunda, MQM worker killed in encounter but FIR is against Unknown people

3 dead bodies were recovered from Super Highway Malir, Karachi on 23 December 2013, on 24th December one dead body was identified as MQM worker Javed Bunda, who was arrested by Police from his resident a few days back and his arrest was not shown on record. Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon in Sindh Assembly said that Javed Bunda was MQM terrorist and was killed in an encounter with Police when he attacked Police force. but according to police record Javed Bunda was killed by "Unknown" people.
