Damascus: US, Turkey, Israel and S Arabia behind terrorist crimes

    by PressTV

Syria says it holds US, Turkey, Israel and Saudi Arabia responsible for the crimes committed by terrorist groups, involving the use of chemical weapons.

The Foreign Ministry has sent a letter to the UN Secretary-General and the head of the UN Security Council. According to the letter, countries involved in the conspiracy against Syria, have sought excuses to justify their continued aggression. It says that various studies have shown the involvement of US, Turkey and several other countries in the August chemical attack in eastern Ghouta, which claimed hundreds of civilian lives. The letter cites a report by American investigative journalist Seymour Hersh which shows how Turkey and the US were involved in backing and providing a cover-up for the al-Nusra Front which carried out the attack in Ghouta. Syria says terrorists are planning to launch new chemical attacks.
