The Russian Foreign Minister has warmed Ukraine against the criminal use of force in the country.

Sergei Lavrov said such a move would undermine the government's dialogue with pro-Russian protesters in the east. Lavrov said Moscow however welcomes signs that the government in Kiev is ready for the dialogue, calling it a step in the right direction. Meanwhile, Ukraine's acting president has accused Russia of having QUOTE brutal plans to destabilize the southeast of his country. Oleksandr Turchynov was speaking at the parliament. He said Russia wants to set fire to the entire south and east of Ukraine.
