Japan's "New Queen of Porno" Dan Mitsu is going to visit Taiwan for the first time tonight. She will host an animated news show on Tomo Live. Let us take you behind the scenes to take a look at how live streaming animation is produced.
NMA has introduced live streaming animation on Tomo Live. With real-time rendering technology performed by proprietary hardware and software and an outstanding team, Tomo Live has created world's first animated live streaming TV show.
The director of NMA's Multimedia Laboratory Shih Chien-Hung said real-time rendering is normally used to produce online games, but barely has it been used in TV shows or movie production. The new Tomo Live project is the world's first animated live show.
With the ultra-lightweight equipment, real-time rendering technology and motion capture system, Tomo Live is able to present the animation as soon as the actors' motions are captured. This allows Tomo Live shows to interact with the audience on the internet almost instantly.
Tomo Live will present five exclusive topics by NMA TomoNews Japan. Including Japanese breaking news, the Top Ten news stories of 2013, the top heartwarming stories, and of course the bizarre stories.
