The NATO secretary general, Anders Fogh Rasmussen has warned Russia against what he called further intervention in Ukraine.
Rasmussen said this would have grave consequences and lead to severe economic sanctions against Moscow. He also accused Russia of deploying 40 thousand troops along its borders with Ukraine. Russia earlier accused the Western military alliances of using the crisis in Ukraine to rally its ranks against QUOTE an imaginary external threat. Russia also rejected NATO’s claims that the country is involved in Ukraine's crisis.
