The Offspring is my favourite band. Whenever they release an album I like about 70% of the tracks (unlike other bands). Chiptunes were a huge part of my childhood (Amiga video game trainer demo scene music, playing with Pro Tracker, etc.). I decided to combine the two passions of mine by covering "Self Esteem". :)
The entire song/cover was made by me - Pete (MotionRide) in Lmms and Mily Tracker (free for commecrcial use software) with stock instruments/sounds and/or my own instruments recorded by myself. Artwork/Video was made by myself - Pete (MotionRide) using GIMP/Kdenlive (free for commercial use).
You can freely use the song commercially but please make sure to let me know and put an annotation with my motionride.tumblr.com site or Dailymotion link in your video/other project. :) However if you are affiliated with Kobalt Music Publishing EMI Music Publishing Sony ATV Publishing UMPG Publishing until they release copyright claims to my covers of their artists' songs, you are forbidden to use any part of this recording!
