Un trek a cavallo al Monte Baron - Piemonte

Il Monte Baron è una montagna appartenente al gruppo delle Alpi Graie, alta 818 m. Si trova all'inizio della Val Casternone, ed interessa i comuni di Givoletto e di Val della Torre, in provincia di Torino.
Il Gruppo dei Cavalieri dell'Aquila la adopera come palestra naturale per tenere allenati i propri cavalli e quindi per loro è una meta molto frequentata, ed anche molto gradita per la sua selvaggia bellezza..
Ciò nonostante, non è mai stata documentata con un video, e questo filmato vuole appunto rimediare alla lacuna.
Non è un meta particolarmente difficile da raggiungere, ma presenta uno stretto sentiero balcone, ben tenuto, con un forte pendio a valle che non offre alcun appiglio o possibilità di arresto in caso di caduta, motivo per cui è frequentato solo dagli escursionisti a piedi. Questo per mettere sull'avviso chi pensasse di fare un giro a cavallo da quelle parti. Sconsigliato anche a chi patisce le vertigini.
Per il resto non c'è molto da dire: sotto al tavolo del gazebo, situato sul cucuzzolo del Monte Baron, c'è un registro per i visitatori, custodito in una scatola in lamiera, e da quella postazione, nelle belle giornate, si possono vedere: di fronte tutta la città di Torino, ad Est l'inizio della Val di Susa, e ad Ovest sin oltre il fiume Stura, oltre che tutta la collina torinese, e la piccola Val Casternone, più nota come Val della Torre.
Mi scuso per le riprese un po' mosse, ma il percorso in molti punti non consentiva di scendere e riprendere da terra.
