    Ariana Grande has dismissed speculation her hit TV show Sam & Cat has been thrown into chaos over a pay dispute. The singer/actress' co-star on the teen show Jennette McCurdy skipped the Kids' Choice Awards on March 29 and subsequently revealed she boycotted the event after being put in an "uncomfortable, compromising, unfair situation" by Nickelodeon executives. The show was immediately put on hiatus, with network bosses insisting everyone involved in the series needed a break. However, subsequent reports suggested McCurdy was embroiled in a bitter argument with producers over allegations Grande is earning a much higher pay packet.

    Valerie Bertinelli knows first hand how much pressure Hollywood puts on women to look a certain way. The "Hot in Cleveland" star gained a few pounds after a broken foot left her unable to exercise and she found that she actually started to feel embarrassed about her weight. Bertinelli said on Wednesday "Why do I feel so much shame? Because the paparazzi can't wait to get a picture of me looking like I've gained a few pounds?" She continued by saying "It's like, we have to take the shame out of it."
