Matt Stutzman, an armless archer who uses his feet to operate the bow and arrow, achieved a perfect score at a recent competition in North Dakota.

He got his 300 mark using a small-diameter arrow and hitting 60 out of 60 bullseyes that were only slightly larger than a quarter.

Unfortunately, he didn’t win the title, as he’s from Iowa and North Dakota residency was required for the top prize.

He seems fine with that, saying, “It’s important for me to show other people with disabilities that you can accomplish things and compete on a higher level even with a disability. For me, that’s more important than winning.”

Stutzman also has a pretty full trophy case already, having won numerous tournaments at state and local levels. He also holds a silver medal from the 2012 London Paralympics.

The champion archer has only been participating in the sport since 2009, when he started watching online videos as a means of teaching himself how it works.
