Netflix Inc. has acquired the rights to the documentary Print The Legend, about a 3-D printing industry which has drawn recent attention from Wall Street. Netflix said, the documentary, which Netflix will premiere exclusively in 2014, goes behind-the-scenes of the top American 3-D printing brands as they fight to dominate the sector. So-called 3-D printers build physical objects from thousands of layers of liquefied plastic, metal, glass or other materials. The fiery car accident last year that killed "Fast & Furious" actor Paul Walker was caused by excessive speed and not a mechanical failure, the Los Angeles County Sheriff said on Tuesday, concluding its almost four-month investigation. The red Porsche Carrera GT sports car driven by Walker's friend Roger Rodas, 38, was traveling at speeds of 80 to 93 miles per hour before Rodas lost control of the car and crashed into trees and a utility pole in Santa Clarita, California, northwest of Los Angeles.
Actress Gwyneth Paltrow and husband Chris Martin, the lead singer of alt-rock band Coldplay, said on Tuesday they are separating after 10 years of marriage. "It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate," the couple said on Paltrow's lifestyle website, Goop.com, in a post entitled "Conscious Uncoupling." "We have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate.
