Man Spends 15 Years in Jail for Robbery, Hits Up Same Store After Release

Back in 1999, the then 25-year-old Miller walked into a Stride Rite in Toms River, New Jersey. He reportedly forced employees into the backroom of the shoe store before tying them up and taking off with money.
Miller was later arrested in reference to the robbery. He was convicted and spent 15 years behind bars for the crime.
Miller was just recently released and he swiftly hopped on a bus headed to Toms River from Atlantic City. Unbelievably, just one day after gaining freedom, he went right back to the same store he robbed over a decade earlier.
On March 22nd, police were dispatched to the Stride Rite. According to employees, the suspect entered the store and demanded cash and their cell phones.
He then fled on foot with the money and phones. Police obtained a description of the suspect and located a man who perfectly matched the suspect a few blocks away. That man turned out to be Christopher Miller.
He is now back in jail after his short break, facing a charge of robbery.
