Any success results from proper leadership. Vem's leader is Fr. Mesrop Aramian, a priest of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church. He is also chairman of the Gandzasar Theological Center, a leading religious publishing house in Armenia. Fr. Mesrop is likewise a well-known theologian. Through his efforts, many treasures of Christian ecclesiastical writings have been translated into Armenian for the first time. He provides inspiration and spiritual guidance for all of Vem's efforts. Fr. Mesrop is directly active in several of Vem's radio programs, as creator of the educational program, Catechism of Orthodox Faith and as a discussant on Spiritual Discussions and Values and Reality.
