Anti-racist rally condemns Wilders' 'fewer Moroccans' jibe

Thousands of people have protested in Amsterdam against Dutch populist politician Geert Wilders over his anti-Moroccan comments at an election rally last week.
Many were from the Netherlands’ ethnic minorities.
Several members of Wilders’ party have resigned and thousands of complaints for discrimination have been filed.
The leader of the Party for Freedom asked supporters in The Hague whether they wanted more or fewer Moroccans in the Netherlands.
When they chanted “fewer”, he said “we’ll take care of that”.
Now he says he has no regrets.
“I have said nothing wrong. I am not sorry. And I will not apologise to anyone for the truth and for performing my duty as a politician,” Wilders said on Saturday.
His comments provoked outrage at home and abroad – and a social media campaign called “born here”, which has seen many Moroccans in the Netherlands post photos of themselves alongside their Dutch passports.
