The United Nations has been warning for several years of an increase in piracy because of drug smuggling on the west coast of Africa. In Ghana, the United States began training an anti-drugs squad last July. Every year, almost 2000 ships dock in Tema, one of Ghana's two deep-water ports. 70 percent of Ghana's trade goods are transshipped here. In addition, there's freight for neighboring countries that have no access to the sea - container after container. But are the goods that have been declared actually what's inside them?
