A 15-year-old Junior high school girl from New Taipei City, Taiwan, was sexually assaulted by eleven people using salt, soda, tree twigs. The victim's younger sister, who recorded the crime with cell phone camera in December, 2013.
The prosecutor accused Hsu and his adult friend Chen of abuse and aggravated sexual assault. The pair are now facing a minimum seven years in prison while the other nine underaged accomplices will be tied in juvenile court.
