Home sweet home! Or is it??? After taking her parents to court and losing, Rachel Canning is finally going home.
The 18-year old honors student and cheerleader at a Catholic high school accused her parents of kicking her out before she turned 18 and sued them for child support and tuition fees. However, the requests were denied last week by a judge.
Since the trial concluded, Rachel has moved out of her friend's place, which she has been staying at since the feud began with her parents began, and returned to her parents' house in Roseland, N.J
