Interested to see your video, though it all seemed blindingly obvious to me! I learned to write in 1940, taught by the same teachers as my father (the war stopped them retiring!) but I was never told to write with my right hand. I found the style you recommend quite naturally and have never had any trouble. Scissors I always managed with my right hand and I can saw with either, which is useful - though I’m not fully ambisinistous.
While at a French university in the sixties I remember being incensed by an article by some stupid educationist saying that left-handers have to smudge the paper when writing, so should be encouraged to write right-handed. I asked a right-handed Tunisian to show me how he wrote arabic - and sure enough he wrote from right to left just as I write from left to right.
The Chinese still make all children write right-handed (or so my teacher says) - and it’s true I find writing Chinese difficult, because none of the standard strokes come easy to a left-han
