此為已故著名笑匠伊雷，於1980年主演的鬼喜劇，導演是桂治洪。故事描述，余腩（伊雷飾）嗜賭成癖，但亦逢賭必輸，一日竟輸得無法償還，被債主要脅以妻（梁珍妮飾）肉償債；余遂無奈答允，以紀念結婚五周年為名，把妻灌醉後帶到情侶別墅，關燈後讓債主渾水摸魚，卻被妻發覺……余既遭妻棄，亦遭債主威迫，走投無路，誰料自殺不遂，竟意外撿獲一袋鈔票，然袋中尚有一塊靈牌，未幾即有老伯登門造訪，要求娶其亡女（貝如花飾）為妻……
