Drunk guy gets maced by cops in Colorado Springs video

We all know that guy, who when he gets drunk, starts fights he has no way of winning. We also know that guy who for some reason after drinking feels the need to try and fight motor vehicles. In Colorado Springs last September, we have this guy who gives us a two-for-one.
A video posted up onto LiveLeak recently shows footage apparently captured last year in downtown Colorado Springs. Looks like a bunch of drunk people were trying to get into it with large groups of strangers they saw on the street. The troublemakers were also charging into the middle of the street jumping on the tops of moving vehicles. It looks like one of the guys even tried to fight some paramedics. The video starts after the drunk guy tries to fight an entire crowd of people.
It appears that the guy's friends are being questioned by police in the background when the guy starts jawing back and forth with bystanders on the street. The drunk guy keeps at it and then eventually rushes towards the crowd on the sidewalk. Immediately after he rushes the crowd, he immediately changes his mind and tries to run away. Only problem is, there's a little tree that gets in his way. Three people rush over and land a few quick punches on the drunk guy.
The police rush over immediately and pepper spray the guy. The drunk guy surrenders right away without any further resistance. The cops can then be seen and heard approaching the guy who shot the video and notifying him that they might need to take his phone.
