What's worse is he was supposed to make San Francisco's own 'Batkid,' Miles Scott, an official Superhero. Miles is the adorable 5-year old battling cancer who inspired San Fran and its residents to transform into Gotham City. Additionally, Miles was set to be made an official superhero at this year's academy awards. But apparently, that didn't happen because Garfield, 30, "refused to go by the script. As a result, the producers eventually had to scrap the segment altogether.
