Pretty Glow in Portland, OR (no audio)

This is of a Pretty Glow I video taped and converted to NO AUDIO because I sound stupid on the video- I originally thought that this was some sort of pollution! LOL

On Sunday, March 4th, 2007 around 7:51 am PST, I looked out my living room window and saw above Mt Scott this really huge pretty glow. I grabbed my DV camcorder and started video taping it around 7:53 am.

This was NOT the sun. There were very few clouds about..a light fog that I could see near the mountain there. The glow was well above the fog.

In the images I tried to show where the sun was compared to where this pretty glow was. I've lived here all my life and never saw anything like this before.
Thought this was sort of cool and thought to share.
**Yea- and I realized AFTER I taped this that I needed to clean my DV Camcorder lens**

I was told that this is probably a SUN DOG.
