Algeria's ailing President Bouteflika may have had a little help from video editors in yesterday's TV appearance, during which he confirmed he will run for a fourth term. First though, a poll says a majority of French people think Dominique Strauss-Kahn would do a better job as president than François Hollande. Also, a far-right National Front candidate in upcoming local elections says that Roma are like "lepers" on the streets of Paris and suggests gathering them together in camps...
