The snow just keeps on coming, and, believe it or not, there are people out there who are really, really excited about that.

Among them are those from Colorado’s Loveland ski area, who are gleeful when they report they’ve already gotten over 300 inches of the cold, fluffy stuff.

They’re calling this winter one of the 10 best ever.

Over the course of a season they’re used to getting more than 400 inches of snowfall, and based upon how this year’s gone so far, it’s believed that level will be hit, no problem.

Said one area representative, “March is our snowiest month we average about 70 inches and April is just behind that so snow is great and it looks like it’s just going to get better.”

He also mentioned that this year the resort has seen some of the best conditions it’s had in over 75 years.

Skiers seem pretty enthusiastic about Mother Nature’s turnout this season, too.

A New Zealand man experiencing American snow for the first time described the hills as ‘awesome’.

Loveland officially ends its season in early May and is hopeful they’ll well exceed their 35-foot average snowfall.
