    Sustainable urban mobility, the decentralization of power and new macro-regional strategies were central issues on the agenda of the plenary session of the Euro-Mediterranean Regional and Local Assembly (ARLEM), on February 23-24 in Tangiers, Morocco. It was an occasion to talk for dozens of mayors and local authority governors from different shores of the Mediterranean with the aim of strengthening cooperation on crucial themes to re-launch the economy and development.
