    Supreme Court To Consider Worker Pay While Undergoing Security Screenings

    The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday agreed to decide whether temporary warehouse workers are entitled to receive pay for the time they spend going through theft-deterrence screenings at the end of their shifts. The court said, in a brief written order, that it will consider whether to allow a 2010 class-action lawsuit by the warehouse workers, who help fill orders placed by shoppers.
