A man named Jesus Delgado recently stopped an alleged kidnapping in progress. Delgado, who is employed as a cook at T2 Tacos in Westchester, California, had been working at the time of the incident.

Delgado, who is employed as a cook at T2 Tacos in Westchester, California, had been working at the time of the incident. He realized something was horribly wrong when he heard a woman’s screams.
Delgado immediately responded to see what the problem was. He left his spot near the grill and rushed out the doors of the restaurant.
He met with a frantic nanny, who pointed up the street to a man who snatched a 4-year-old little boy from her. Delgado ran for two blocks and chased the kidnapper down.
He was successfully able to rescue the boy. Delgado reflected on his conversation with the abductor and stated “He told me, ‘It’s not your problem, man. It’s not your problem. Leave me alone with the kid.’ I said, ‘This is my problem. This is my problem, because why you take this boy?”
After freeing the child from the kidnapper’s grasp, Delgado held the suspect until police arrived and arrested him. Money is now being donated to Delgado, as he has a sick daughter.
One grateful man who passed Delgado a check is the 4-year-old boy’s father.
