What is a wreck this journal?
It's a book that has instructions in it you must doing everything it says, whether it be you take the book in the shower, leave your loot prints in it or Make a mess in it. It's great for perfectionist's who need to learn to let go!
Where can you get it? At almost any Book store, Chapters, Amazon, and online book stores. (Just google it you'll be bound to find some where in your area that they sell it)
