German, Italian test positive for doping at Sochi Games

The German Olympic team has confirmed that that biathlete Evi Sachenbacher-Stehle failed a drug test.
She's the first person at the Russian Winter Olympic Games to test positive for doping -- and has since been sent home.
The two-time Olympic champion tested positive for a banned stimulant.
But she's not the only Olympian who's been caught doping --
