Russia isn't the only place people are loading on the layers, Kenneth Cole's models sport urban duds like neutral separates and lug sole shoes for stomping out the competition. "The theme of the collection is urban gypsy, it's very dynamic. It's clothes that are easy to wear you can layer them and interpret them personally. Clothes and accessorizing at the end of the day should define and empower the man or the woman," says Cole.
